Secure parking spot and front yard to eat outside. Convenient location with easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.

No soap in the washbasin and not very clean kitchen cabinet. No mosquito nets on the windows/doors, and the mosquitos outside were horrible.

The apartment was clean and had location adjacent to the port & old town, the city center and in front of the house. The owner ensured we got a very very good experience for a vacation. It was magnificent in a gated area...

our recent stay in nice was great, but Villa Du Chateau surpassed our expectations. The pet friendly apartment with a terrace was perfect for relaxing. The owners were welcoming and the location allowed easy access to various areas of nice. Free parking and nearby bus stops were convenient.

My stay at Villa Du Chateau was exceptional. The apartment was very well equipped, with modern and functional furniture. I appreciated the completely private internal small garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the mornings. The location was great, just a short walk from both the beach and Rue de France. Having a private parking place was a huge plus in a city where parking is difficult to find. Mr. and Mrs. Charbonnier were very kind and available for any needs during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful and comfortable stay in Nice.

The villa is extremely modern and comfortable, with a beautiful garden outside. It is located near the beach and is very quiet. the host was kind and helpful, making us feel like home. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and free car parking is available. a nice experience!

The apartment at Villa Du Chateau in Nice was cozy and had a beautiful terrace with garden views. I loved lounging there and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus for cooking meals and the cable flat-screen TV kept me entertained.

Personally, I found the air conditioning in the apartment a bit too chilly for my liking. But hey, some people may enjoy that refreshing blast of cool air on a hot day!

We had a wonderful stay at a charming villa nestled in the shady garden of a beautiful chateau. The location, on a hill in a gated area, provided a peaceful and secure retreat. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen, terrace, and private parking. The friendly host made us feel at home, and we enjoyed the convenience of being walking distance from the beach. A true gem!

Finding the villa initially was a bit challenging, but well worth the effort.
